Assessment & Intervention Service is looking for a
dynamic and experienced Advanced Social Worker to join our team in
South & West Devon.

As an Advanced Social Worker, you will:
- Manage a smaller, complex caseload, driving strong outcomes for children and young people
- Lead high-quality, relationship-based practice in a fast-paced environment
- Undertake in-depth assessments for children and families with complex needs
- Support team delivery, working closely with your Team Manager to mentor colleagues and guide complex casework
- Build trusted relationships with children, families and partners to deliver effective, timely interventions
About You As an Advanced Social Worker, we are looking for someone who can:
- Play a key leadership role in driving high-quality practice - leading improvements and constructively challenging to achieve the best outcomes.
- Work holistically with families in a multi-agency environment, with strong post-qualifying experience and ongoing professional development
- Champion high standards of social work practice, supporting others through reflection, coaching and mentoring
- Work in line with the BASW Professional Capabilities Framework (PCF)
- Be a Practice Educator, or be willing to undertake the training

This role is currently eligible for a
£2,000 retention payment per annum (pro rata, T&Cs apply).
