BAFF's Mission is to work to improve the lives of people with learning disabilities and their families in Leeds, through targeted and inclusive action. Our main priority is to focus on an inclusive service that will benefit parent/carers, people with learning disabilities and their families.
- To widen and improve partnerships with other similar organisations.
- To run weekly groups to promote health and build confidence for parent/carers, people with learning disabilities and their families.
- To create job opportunities for parent/carers and people with learning disabilities.
- To promote our work in the community.
Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a proactive and experienced Charity Manager to lead the development and delivery of groups, services, and initiatives that support people with learning disabilities and their families. The postholder will be responsible for managing staff and volunteers, strengthening community partnerships, and securing sustainable funding to support the charity's long-term future. This is more than a management role; it is an opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future of BAFF, with the potential to progress through internal promotion to the role of CEO.
