At our registered care home in Ventnor, we provide person centred, CQC regulated care that puts residents' dignity, independence and wellbeing first - and we'd love you to be part of that journey.

You'll be based at Byrnhill Grove, Ventnor, Isle of Wight, our registered care home.

• A commitment to dignity, equality and high quality care
• The physical ability to undertake moving and handling tasks
• Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills
• Basic IT skills to maintain accurate records
• The ability to work flexibly as part of a rota, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications & development:
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
• Willingness and ability to work towards an NVQ Level 2 in Care
No previous experience is required - full training and support will be provided.
Desirable:
• Experience working in a care setting
• Awareness of health & safety and CQC standards
Successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check
