We are looking to recruit a Cancer Pathway Administrator to join our administrative team. As a member of the Cancer Centre, the post holder will engage with and work alongside the AssistantCancer Pathway Coordinators, Cancer Pathway Coordinators, senior medical staff, nursing staff, other healthcare professionals and partner organisations within the Network across the patient journey. They will provide administrative support the Cancer Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings which are held on a regular basis and where individual patient management plans are discussed.
Main duties of the jobAbout the Role The role will provide administrative support to the Cancer Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings which are held on a regular basis and where individual patient management plans are discussed. The rolewill involve the locating, retrieval and preparation of patient casenotes toensure that national waiting times are adhered to.
What we're looking for Applicants should have good keyboard skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be able to work as an individual and as part of a team, having the ability to be flexible, being able to prioritise and organise work in order to meet tight deadlines whilst being able to adapt to the changing needs of the service. It is essential to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, together with accuracy and attention to detail whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Flexibility is required to provide cover for absent colleagues, travel across sites may be required.

This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
