Gallagher are looking for ambitious Sales Specialist's to join Vasek Insurance, a growing Gallagher brand based in Nottingham.

Are you confident on the phone, passionate about building strong customer relationships, and looking for your next career opportunity? You don't need previous insurance experience to succeed in this role. Many of our successful team members have joined us from customer service, contact centre and sales backgrounds.

How you'll make an impact

You'll speak with existing customers, build strong relationships and take the time to understand their needs. The focus is on delivering an excellent customer experience, retaining business and developing long term partnerships through regular conversations and proactive support

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling a mix of outbound and inbound calls, including contacting brokers ahead of policy renewals, discussing ongoing insurance requirements, and assisting with queries relating to live policies.
• Building strong relationships with brokers through regular phone conversations and excellent customer service.
• Identifying opportunities to retain and grow existing business through effective relationship management.
• Understanding broker needs and working with internal teams to achieve the best outcome for clients.
• Accurately recording customer information across multiple systems.
• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

About you

What we're looking for

• • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or contact centres beneficial but not essential
  • Confident speaking on the phone, making outbound and handling inbound calls
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Positive attitude, resilience and a strong work ethic
