Role : As a Warehouse Business Analyst, you will serve as the vital link between our warehouse operations and data-driven decision-making. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing data related to inventory management, supply chain processes, and warehouse performance to provide valuable insights and recommendations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and optimize inventory levels. Additionally, you will contribute to the design and implementation of warehouse technology solutions, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Your expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and warehouse operations will be instrumental in driving continuous improvements and ensuring our warehouse operations are aligned with organizational goals. • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization, to extract actionable insights from warehouse data.
• Warehouse Operations Knowledge: A strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics to effectively analyze and improve operations.
• Business Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics software such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to create meaningful reports and dashboards.
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Knowledge of WMS software and its functionality, as well as experience in configuring and optimizing WMS to align with operational needs.
• Process Improvement: Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements in a warehouse setting, using methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean to streamline operations.
