Job summaryWe have an excitingopportunity for a part time 0.6wte (30 hours), office-based Band 4 Business Support Team Leaderto join our friendly team working within our Southern Business SupportTeam, based at our
Lescaze site, Dartington.
You will be leading a team of business support colleagues to help ensure the smooth operational running of our services' physical health pathways across Torbay and South Devon.

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to play akey role within our Southern Business Support Team, overseeing a range ofessential administrative functions including:
- providing day-to-day linemanagement of up to eight direct reports
- dealing with management issues suchas workload, performance, absence etc
- mailbox management
- clinic planning
- data validation
- building compliance oversight

- Relevant administrative or IT qualifications e.g. ECDL, RSA, NVQ etc
- Qualification in supervisory or line management or relevant experience to NVQ 4 or equivalent level
Desirable - NVQ level 4 Business Administration or equivalent experience

Experience Essential - Computer literate
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Good knowledge of a wide range of office procedures
