We are seeking a proactive and highlyorganised Business Support Senior Administrator to join our friendly team basedat our Torbay site at the Annexe, Torbay Hospital. This pivotal role providesessential administrative and customer facingsupport to our MERs pathway, helping to ensure the smooth, efficient, andprofessional running of the service each day.
You will work closely with your businesssupport colleagues, frontline clinicians, and Psychiatry Consultants,delivering collaborative, accurate, and reliable secretarial and administrativesupport across the team.
This is a permanent full time positionworking 37.5 hours per week.
Main duties of the jobDiary Management
Use of electronic systems
Preparation of electronic and paper files
Producing letters and reports
Assisting with reporting and compilation of data
Processing of incoming correspondence
Providing excellent customer service by responding to face to face andtelephone queries in a timely and accurate way
Support to clinical team members
General administrative tasks

Person Specification Qualifications Essential - Good general education eg GCSEs or equivalent
Desirable - NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Experience Essential - Computer Literate
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Willing to undertake training relevant to the post.
- Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 1 year).
Desirable - Good knowledge of a wide range of office procedures.
- Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 2 years).
- Experience within a customer care, healthcare, education or social care setting.
Specific Skills Essential - Effective interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
