We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will perform a variety of essential business support tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing information related to finance, staffing, and customers, as well as processing orders and organising meetings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and is eager to contribute to our community.

As a Business Support Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Information Management: Create, manage, and manipulate data on finance, staffing, and customer interactions.
  • Financial Support: Assist with financial processes, including order processing and budget monitoring.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, send out invites, and take notes during discussions.
  • Data Handling: Input and manage data accurately, ensuring confidentiality where necessary.
  • Customer Care: Provide excellent support to colleagues and the public, ensuring effective communication at all times.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Educational Background: Good literacy and numeracy skills, ideally to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • IT Proficiency: Significant experience using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Data Management: Experience in data input and management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Note-Taking Skills: Ability to take clear and concise notes during meetings.
