Position Description:

At CGI, we empower the next generation of innovators to shape the future of technology and security. As part of #GenerationCGI, you'll join a community of graduates who are turning ambition into action and possibility into progress.

As a Project Delivery - Business Graduate, you'll help turn plans into successful outcomes. Whether you're coordinating project activity, managing risks and dependencies, supporting project governance or helping deliver essential services, you'll contribute to meaningful projects across some of the UK's most exciting industries.

You'll be trusted with responsibility from day one, working with colleagues and clients to bring structure, momentum and clear communication to complex projects. Your ideas and contributions will help teams overcome challenges and deliver solutions that make a real difference.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

In this role, you'll help plan, coordinate and deliver projects and services that support organisations across a range of industries. You'll bring structure to complex work, connect colleagues and clients, and help teams deliver successful outcomes.

You will:
  • Support project delivery: Help develop plans, coordinate activities and monitor progress against agreed milestones.
  • Manage risks and governance: Support project reporting, identify risks and dependencies, and help maintain effective governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with colleagues, clients and delivery partners to maintain clear communication and keep projects moving forward.
  • Improve how we deliver: Use insight and feedback to identify improvements and help teams deliver effective, reliable services.
  • Innovate alongside other graduates: Take part in early careers initiatives that go beyond your day-to-day role.

Every contribution you make will help deliver outcomes with lasting impact.

Why Join Us?

At CGI, you'll be part of a culture that celebrates diversity, inclusion and collaboration, where your perspective is valued and your ideas contribute to meaningful outcomes.

Your journey starts with a structured Early Careers Induction Programme, giving you the foundations to succeed, along with 24/7 e-learning and opportunities to gain professional certifications that build your expertise. You'll also join our Student Kick-start Initiative, where you'll collaborate with other graduates on creative projects that deliver impact beyond your day-to-day role.

CGI is an unconditionally inclusive workplace where you are respected, your voice is heard and you can be yourself. We were recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work List 2025 and named a UK 'Best Employer' by the Financial Times. You'll share in CGI's success through our matched share scheme, have access to private healthcare, well-being programmes and professional training, and build financial security with a competitive pension. Beyond the day job, you'll connect with others through graduate networks, diversity groups and social clubs that make your time at CGI both rewarding and enjoyable.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

We're seeking ambitious graduates who are organised, collaborative and motivated by seeing projects through to successful outcomes. Whatever your degree subject, if you're ready to learn, take responsibility and help teams deliver meaningful work, we want to hear from you.

You should have:

  • A minimum 2:2 degree (some roles may require a 2:1).
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to take responsibility for your work.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
