Overview

Join our Talent Solutions team at Gallagher as a Business Development Executive and take the lead in driving growth and building lasting client relationships. This is your chance to make a real impact by turning insights into opportunities and creating meaningful connections with new clients. Working alongside our Sales Directors and Campaign Specialists, you'll play a vital role in delivering tailored solutions that truly make a difference.

How you'll make an impact

• Forge strong connections with potential clients through personalised outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Team up with Sales Directors to uncover and nurture exciting new business opportunities.
• Transform campaign responses and market insights into impactful meetings and sales opportunities.
• Dive into research to identify organisations and key decision-makers, unlocking fresh opportunities.
• Play a key role in webinars, roundtables, and events, ensuring they spark meaningful client conversations.
• Keep our CRM system organised and up to date, delivering accurate pipeline and activity reports.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Senior Campaign Specialist to bring strategic campaigns to life and fine-tune messaging.

About you

• You bring proven experience in business development, sales, or campaign roles.
• You're confident in outbound prospecting and skilled at building strong relationships with senior leaders.
• You're proactive, organised, and have a sharp commercial mindset.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is a bonus.
• Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are second to none.
• You're driven by a passion for helping businesses grow and succeed.
