Job summaryTo ensure the maximum effectiveness of the Directorate by planning and managing the diaries and providing proficient secretarial, office management, personal assistant and support services. Responsible for the provision of efficient, effective and professional administrative service to support the Trust. Undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks as directed, maintaining excellent customer service and standards or work, in order to uphold and enhance the reputation of the Administration Services team.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential - Relevant degree level qualification or equivalent management/senior administration experience or diploma level plus equivalent experience

Business Administration Experience Essential - Experience providing business or administrative support to senior managers, clinicians or multidisciplinary teams
- Experience arranging and coordinating meetings involving multiple stakeholders
