We're looking for confident, experienced male Support Workers to join our Bank team supporting a sociable and independent gentleman who loves walks, bowling, and a good chat over tea!
What you'll need:
Experience with challenging behaviour
MAPA & first aid training (or willingness to learn)
Patience, positivity, and confidence to handle tricky moments calmly

What's Important
- The gentleman we support prefers male support workers who interact with him and help him to achieve goals
- He enjoys independence, social activities, and a good routine
- Needs someone who can redirect and de-escalate when behaviour becomes challenging
Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a male colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010
