Job description
We need a Passionate, Reliable, Bank Support Worker, located in Beeston, Nottingham (NG9) £13.12 per hour, make a real difference while doing what you enjoy. You'll spend your full shift with the same person, building genuine connections and delivering truly person-centred support.
Once on shift, you'll be based in one location, giving you the chance to focus on what matters most - supporting people to live their best lives.

We live in a three-bedroom bungalow with a staff room, a large garden, and fields to the rear. Our friendly and well-trained team supports us to live as independently as possible and enjoy our best life!
We enjoy a variety of activities including walking, shopping, visiting garden centres, meals out, cinema trips, bowling, singing, dancing, and socialising over a cup of tea.
What you'll be doing
Shifts are usually from 10:00am to 8:00pm (occasionally starting at 9:00am), with some shorter shifts available depending on activities. Sleep-in shifts are from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
We are looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic support workers who enjoy building positive relationships and helping people make the most of each day.
We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
