Main duties of the job

As a Bank Physiotherapist at HHFT you can expect to receive regular and robust supervision, to lead on service improvement projects, to supervise more junior staff and to provide clinical support and guidance to students from our partner Universities. Other responsibilities include participation in teaching for therapy staff and the wider MDT, with opportunities to facilitate simulation training; opportunities to work closely with specialist MDT's and develop overall management and leadership skills.

About us

We are a supportive and flexible team, with a constant focus on staff development opportunities, always keeping the patient at the centre of everything that we do. Our team is well established and has a wealth of clinical experience to support staff in their ongoing learning and development. We are supportive, encouraging, and caring.
