What you will do:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services across multiple sites in Darlington, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
• Review and supply medications, ensuring that prescriptions adhere to all necessary protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient treatment plans.
• Offer expert advice on drug interactions, side effects, and the correct administration of medications.
• Train and support other pharmacy staff and healthcare team members in pharmacy procedures.

Requirements:

• Hospital pharmacy experience is essential.
• Must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Minimum of two years' relevant experience.
• A valid driving licence is preferable to facilitate travel between sites.
