What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care within community settings to a diverse patient population.
• Manage complex wound care, including Doppler assessment and compression bandaging.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care.
• Administer medications accurately and safely.
• Perform male, female, and suprapubic catheterisation confidently.
• Deliver bowel care and manage syringe drivers and insulin administration.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records to support patient treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with community nursing experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Confident driver with the ability to travel across community settings.
• Experience in wound care, catheterisation, medication administration, and end-of-life care.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
