- GCSE passes in English Language and Maths (grade A-C or equivalent).
Desirable criteria - RSA level II/ NVQ Level II or relevant.
Skills/knowledge Essential criteria - Ability to communicate at all levels including communicating sensitive information
- Knowledge of various IT packages.
- Demonstrate an ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to operate all office-based equipment.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships within a multi disciplinary team.
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of Medical/NHS terminology
- Ability to develop and input on basic databases and to produce reports
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team.
- Show understanding of the importance of confidentiality and consequences of breaking confidentiality.
- Demonstrates willingness to respond effectively to customers and staff queries.
