Essential

Essential criteria

• Good basic education (Ability to read and write and numerical skills)

Desirable criteria

• Relevant experience of working within a healthcare setting.
• Excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene including temperature control and HACCP.
• Cleaning experience

Qualifications

• Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification
• NVQ Level 2 British Institute of Cleaning Science in Domestic Services or equivalent
• Food Standards Agency Food Allergy and Intolerance Certificate
