We're looking for- An Assistant Service Coordinator to work alongside our Service Coordinator and help lead the team day to day.
- Strong social care experience and ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
- Approachable, organised and confident enough to guide and support others day to day.
- Can listen carefully to the team and keep the people we support at the heart of decisions.
What you'll do- Be a visible part of the service, supporting staff and guiding good practice day to day.
- Help with rotas, problem solving and keeping the service running smoothly.
- Support the team to grow, improve and keep thinking about how we can do things better.
- Help the people we support manage their home, go shopping, plan a holiday, attend a concert or simply have the right support for a good day.
- Help the people we support stay connected to their community, their friends, their families and the things they enjoy.
