Job summaryAt present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.To assist the Head and Deputy Head of Fire Safety and Security and the Fire Safety Team to deliver a professional fire safety service by monitoring fire safety standards and delivering fire safety training.
Main duties of the job- Deliver training to all staff throughout UHNM
- Arrange fire drills and practical demonstrations of first aid fire fighting equipment
- Undertake regular inspections of all premises in accordance with Firecode
- Respond to general fire safety enquiries and correspondence

Knowledge and Skills Essential - Knowledge of work procedures and practices relevant to fire safety
