Join Our Team as a Flexible and Enthusiastic Premises Assistant!

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Premises Assistant to work alongside our experienced Site manager and help keep our school running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a good eye for maintenance, and like being part of a friendly, supportive team - this could be the perfect role for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting with maintenance, cleaning, health and safety, and security around the school
• Helping with general site duties, including some manual handling (with equipment provided)
• Tackling small decorating jobs and keeping our school looking its best
• Acting as a key holder, which means occasional out-of-hours work (with pay)
• Working closely with the premises team to ensure the site is safe, welcoming, and well-maintained

What We're Looking For:

• A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player attitude
• Previous experience in school facilities management is a bonus but not essential
• Willingness to undertake manual handling tasks safely using the correct equipment
