As an Apprentice Sales Assistant at Sperdrg, yo'll be right at the heart of the action-serving cstomers with a smile, sharing or amazing Star Bys, and making sre everyone leaves feeling great!

Yo'll help keep the store looking its best and flly stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.

It's a hands-on, fast-paced role that's never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see or Apprentice Sales Assistants as ftre Team Leaders, and we'll give yo everything yo need to grow-with brilliant training, and real opportnities to progress.

Yor training will take place in-store over the first 1 months, so no college days and no homework! At the end of yor training period, yo will complete a discssion arond yor experiences and an observation of yo performing yor role. Yo will be spported throghot by yor team and yor ttor to achieve yor Retailer Level Apprenticeship

Flexible in working hors and adaptable to change

Yo qalify if...

Yo have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or eqivalent) in English and maths (national 4's for Scotland)

Yo are not crrently in any form of edcation, and yo are available for fll time shifts

Yo HAVEN'T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before

Yo are eligible to work in the K

Yo are brand new to retail
