The PM will report directly to the Head of Change Delivery working in the AIGLL Change function. The PMs deliver a variety of projects across the organisation ranging from new Partnerships, new products and regulatory change. The projects are predominantly business change that support business goals and the strategy set by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
A PM will chair Working groups with team members from across all aspects of the organisation, exposing them to many different aspects of the business. They will be responsible for managing project documentation (plans, RAID, RACI, Steer Co packs, PIRs, Stage Gate documentation, finances etc) and have an active role in ensuring the templates and Governance are fit for purpose and recommending changes accordingly.
The PM must have the ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders up to and including the CEO, with clear and concise communication.
They are responsible for creating the SteerCo packs and chairing the meeting itself, supported by the sponsor.
IT delivery is moving towards agile and but the business is still more waterfall so the PM must bridge the gap and trouble shoot in a high-pressure environment.
AIGLL is nimble in its delivery to market so the PM must be able to cope with ever changing demands and needs, managing stakeholders and minimising road-blocks.
It's fast faced and fun with a great team spirit, all working together to meet the business needs to deliver projects. As IT is on site, we sit alongside our BAs and IT scrum teams and have an active/hands-on role in the day to day running and delivery of our projects.
This role is perfectly suited for someone with a proven track record of delivery and can demonstrate experience in business change with an IT delivery, and ideally facing off to a Customer and/or 3rd party.
