Experian Targeting and our Digital Marketing unit enables our clients to understand more about their customers, find new prospects and engage them consistently across multiple channels, both offline and digitally. Every day major brands such as M&S, MBNA and Vodafone use Experian data and services to deliver more effective and respectful marketing to consumers. Experian data is used in social media, programmatic advertising, addressable TV as well as more traditional marketing channels.
Our unit is one of fastest growing business units within Experian. It is a fast-paced, dynamic and exciting division responsible for designing and delivering new digital propositions for our wide portfolio of clients. Purpose We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and astute individual with a passion for data and digital media to fill an immediate vacancy of Partnership Manager. The main responsibility of the role is to generate revenue working closely with existing and new partners positioning the latest Experian digital and data products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Meeting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets • Identify and develop new engagements across new partners, specifically in the data and digital insights space • Build strong sustainable relationships with partners - Create strategic partnership plans, setting vision, objectives, implementation routines and KPIs • Work closely with products and propositions team to support the development and introduction of new solutions and frameworks • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the successful delivery of all projects - ranging from data delivery, software implementation to analytics and consulting projects • Help promote Experian's range of products and services by participating at seminars, round tables and other initiatives when required. • Developing articulate client proposals and presentations meeting and exceeding client`s expectations. • Facilitate and drive performance management processes • Champion a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business. Ensure that by leading by example, you adhere to all regulatory requirements and apply appropriate controls in the interests of customers. Through the adoption of a top down approach, demonstrate a culture where all of our people understand their regulatory obligations, including what the fair treatment of customer's means to them and our organisation.
Degree level, 2.1 or above, desirable.
Experience • Proven sales track record in New Business Development, generating revenue and hitting targets, ideally working or having been involved in the digital or data space. • Knowledge of the programmatic and ad-tech industry ad display ecosystem (DMPs, DSPs, etc.) • Essential proficiency in Office applications, specifically Excel • Very detailed, organised and consistency in delivering successful projects from conception to delivery is essential. • Ability to develop and prioritise initiatives, prospect lists, and updating Experian's SalesForce CRM solution to precisely reflect activity and sales opportunities • An ability to work cohesively as part of a successful team and have a 'One Experian' approach
