Join our dynamic and accomplished Marketing and Recruitment Team as a highly sought-after Schools Engagement Officer! This is your chance to make a significant impact by supporting and actively participating in a range of recruitment activities, all aimed at raising our college's profile and inspiring students to apply and enrol.

Ideally you will

• Have experience of establishing and nurturing strong working relationships with stake holders including staff, schools, parents and carers.
• Have the ability to create and deliver presentations that captivate and motivate diverse audiences
• A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the education sector encompassing areas such as Apprenticeships, T Levels, Study Programmes and Higher Education.

Day to day you will be responsible for

• Visiting secondary schools across Bolton and Greater Manchester.
• Delivering presentations or information sessions to pupils about post-16 options.
• Speaking to pupils about study programmes, T Levels and Apprenticeships.
• Supporting careers events, assemblies, options evenings and careers fairs.
• Answering questions from pupils, parents and carers about college courses and progression.
• Building relationships with school careers leads and Connexions/referral staff.
• Coordinating school-leaver events.
• Supporting publications/campaigns designed to keep prospective students interested.
