We have an exciting opportunity for an Adults Social Worker to join our Mental Health Services Team in Gloucestershire. What you will do

• Conduct focused S117 reviews as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
• Be flexible and adaptable, meeting the unique needs of individuals in a Mental Health setting.
• Support and empower people to regain control of their lives during crises.
• Use the Three Conversation approach to focus on people's strengths and the community around them.
• Collaborate with multiple agencies and work within court environments as needed.

Requirements

• Registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
• Completed ASYE year or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Adult Social Care.
• Knowledge of relevant social work legislation and theories.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car (potential accommodations under the Equality Act will be considered).
