We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive
Admissions & Enrolment Administrator to join our busy Admissions team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting students throughout their journey, from application through to enrolment, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience every step of the way.
About the Role Working closely with curriculum teams and colleagues across the college, you will be responsible for the administration of admissions and enrolment processes, maintaining accurate student records and providing exceptional support to applicants, students, parents and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end admissions process, including online applications, interview scheduling and offer management.
- Providing professional and timely support via telephone and online helpdesk channels.
- Processing student enrolments, withdrawals, transfers, achievements and payments.
- Maintaining accurate student and course information in line with funding and compliance requirements.
- Supporting student and parent portal enquiries.
- Producing student ID badges.
- Utilising data and reports to support operational effectiveness and service improvement.
- Building positive relationships with colleagues across the college to support a seamless student experience.
About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enjoys delivering high-quality customer service.
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Has experience maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Is confident using Microsoft 365 applications.
- Can adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Builds positive professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
