As one of the fastest-growing Colleges in the UK, Weston College is excited to be opening the brand-new Advanced Manufacturing Technical Excellence College in Filton, Bristol, which will welcome its first learners in September 2026.

We are looking for a full-time Administrator to join the team at AMTEC.

Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at AMTEC.

Day to day duties of the role include:

• Using a computer to input data onto spreadsheets and/or databases including the setting up of spreadsheets as required.
• Processing memos, letters, reports and other communications.
• Managing appointment diaries and arranging meetings.
  Recording departmental absence as required.

Required skills and qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in using spreadsheets and databases.
• Relevant experience within an administrative environment.
• Excellent organisation skills.
