This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organisation.
We pay an attractive salary of £35,412 - £38,220and offer access to training and development opportunities. We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our Commissioning Team as an Administrative Officer. In this key role, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Assessment and Therapies Framework, ensuring assessment requests are coordinated efficiently, quality standards are maintained, and contractual arrangements are managed effectively. You will act as a central point of contact for framework users, providers and internal stakeholders, helping to ensure assessments and therapies are commissioned and delivered within required timescales.
You will also coordinate and provide high-quality administrative support across the Commissioning Team, supervising administrative staff, managing the distribution of contractual documentation, and supporting the effective delivery of commissioned services. In addition, you will lead on the administrative arrangements for Provider Performance processes, ensuring meetings, documentation and reporting are managed accurately and in accordance with agreed protocols.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills who can manage competing priorities, work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of commissioning processes
For the role, we ask that you have: - A relevant Level 3 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales. For example NVQ3 Administration, A levels Grade A-E.
- Understanding and knowledge of administrative practices and procedures and links with database and reporting.
- Excellent IT skills and use of database systems.
- A Full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes to travel throughout the borough to attend meetings.
