Materials and session equipment is stored at this office. There is also the option to travel to a Surrey venue, a London Barnardo's Office or our Essex Head Office, as sometimes our training can be offered at various locations.

Alternatively, it could be worked 9am-9pm with a larger break in the middle of the day for example 1:30pm-5:30pm. This can be discussed at interview. The other 2 days are usually worked 9:30am-3:00pm. The days for this post are Monday-Wednesday. Wednesday is the evening working day as this is when our group runs. This is non-negotiable. During the probation period there will be a need for some flexibility to ensure you are able to shadow and observe a variety of our groups.
There might be possibilities for flexible working when we have colleagues off rota or in training. We can sometimes offer overtime or Time off In Lieu for different/extra hours worked, for example covering a group on a different day due to holiday within the team. There may also be opportunities to shadow and support our other services within our Mindworks contract as part of your onboarding experience. Across the team/s Wednesday is a key working day, this is the day we most likely book all team meetings online or in person, staff training or office meetings.
