Chantry Academy is seeking an accomplished teacher who shares our belief in the power of education to transform life chances and is ready to play a significant role in the next stage of our journey. Based in our Good-rated, inclusive secondary school in Ipswich, this is an opportunity to inspire pupils through excellent teaching while helping to shape practice beyond your own classroom. Summary of key responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching that enables all pupils to achieve strong progress and outcomes.
- Assess learning effectively and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academy improvement and the wider life of the school.
- Lead by example in teaching and learning, supporting and developing colleagues where appropriate.
- Promote high standards of behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding for all pupils.
