Summary of key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching that enables all pupils to achieve strong progress and outcomes.
• Assess learning effectively and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• Contribute to curriculum development, academy improvement and the wider life of the school.
• Lead by example in teaching and learning, supporting and developing colleagues where appropriate.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding for all pupils.
