LDS Data Assistant

ROLE DESCRIPTION

A new opportunity has arisen for a well-organised, self-motivated and detail-oriented LDS Data Assistant to join our busy LDS Team.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent communication skills and experience of entering and managing large volumes of data accurately and efficiently. You will be able to manage your workload effectively, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy while working in a busy environment.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, along with a strong customer-focused approach and the ability to use initiative, resolve problems and work independently. You will be a self-starter with a clear commitment to producing high-quality work and will be confident in managing a varied and demanding workload.

The LDS Data Assistant role is focused on the checking and validation of evidence required for funding bodies to ensure that data is fit for purpose for audit, reporting and further education funding.

An important part of the role will be building and maintaining effective working relationships with our Campus and Head of Curriculum Managers, as well as working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.

To be considered for this role, you will need good knowledge and practical experience of working with databases and IT systems. Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills are essential. Previous experience of working within an educational setting would be desirable.
