Workplace Accommodations at IBM

Any employee can request a Workplace Adaptation Agreement at any point throughout their employment, whether they have a disability, health condition, mental health condition or long-term injury, if they feel this additional support is necessary. IBM will support a Workplace Adaptation Agreement for all employees who feel they would benefit from one, regardless of whether they meet the legal definition of disability.
