At NATS, the wellbeing of our team is not just a focus – it’s a priority. We are proud to offer a range of resources and programmes designed to support the overall wellbeing and mental health of our employees. Among these is our Peer Support programme, a cornerstone of our commitment to fostering a supportive workplace.
Our Peer Supporters are dedicated colleagues from across the business who have received specialised training in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). They provide a confidential and accessible support service, offering a safe space for colleagues to share their thoughts and feelings and seek guidance.
CISM provides valuable tools to support employees in managing experiences that have the potential to feel overwhelming, whether they arise in their work life or personal life. Everyone experiences stress differently; what feels manageable today might feel challenging tomorrow, and the impact of a situation can vary greatly from one person to another. That’s why having someone to talk to in confidence can make all the difference!
At NATS, we are extremely proud that more than 150 trained volunteers across the company dedicate their time to providing this valuable support to colleagues. For more than 20 years, we have been dedicated to providing this support, demonstrating our commitment to prioritising our people.
Joining NATS means becoming part of a team that truly cares. Our focus on wellbeing ensures that you’ll have access to the resources you need to thrive professional and personally!
