To support and inspire the next generation of public servants in Defence

Our Members​​​​​​​

The intended audience of the DNGN is any public servant within Defence who meets one or more of the following criteria:

  • People aged 39 years or younger – This is the Civil Service definition of a young professional.
  • Apprentices, Graduates, Level 1s & Level 2s and their equivalent grades/ranks.
  • People in the first three years of their Defence careers.​​​​​​​

We of course welcome those who do not meet these criteria as the network needs allies too. We would ask that you join in the expectation that you become part of our Next Generation's professional network, to help guide them and to help show off the opportunities that they have access to through their careers in Defence.​​​​​​
