Engineering apprenticeships - Dive into the world of railway engineering, where you'll help to maintain and improve our trains and infrastructure.

Why SWR?

Matt chose to apply for an apprenticeship with South Western Railway (SWR) due to its competitive salary, diverse range of roles, and the opportunity to relocate and begin his career in a new environment. Ben’s motivation to apply for an apprenticeship at South Western Railway stemmed from hearing about the positive experiences of previous apprentices. Settling In
