Return to Work Programme at Skanska

We welcome experienced professional men and women, who have taken career breaks of two years or more, to join our 12-week return to work programme with the option to join the team on a permanent basis.

We understand the need for flexible working and are happy to consider candidates on a full or part-time basis.

You will be placed on a project, or in a department, where your skills and experience will be highly valued and utilised. Coaching workshops, colleague mentoring and a comprehensive induction process will support your transition back to work.
