RespectABILITY at MAG

Graphic Symbol On the left side of the image is a stylised sunflower emblem, which is a globally recognised symbol for hidden disabilities. Design: The flower is drawn with clean, bright yellow outline strokes. It consists of a central circle surrounded by ten looping petals. Two small, curved purple accents float just outside the petals—one at the top left and one at the bottom. Details: Inside the central circle of the flower, there are six purple dots arranged in a diagonal pattern, subtly evoking Braille or a sense of unique configuration. Text and Typography To the right of the sunflower symbol, the text follows the established two-line hierarchy: Main Title: The word "RespectABILITY" is written in a bold, sans-serif typeface. "Respect" is coloured in the signature dark navy blue. "ABILITY" is capitalised and highlighted in a vibrant purple, emphasizing the focus on disability and accessibility. Subtitle: Positioned directly beneath, the phrase "MAG Colleague Communities." is rendered in a smaller, uniform font size, styled entirely in dark navy blue. Overall Impression: This logo represents a disability and accessibility colleague network. The combination of the sunflower graphic and the highlighted word "ABILITY" beautifully communicates support for physical, sensory, and hidden disabilities within the workplace.

RespectABILITY champions an inclusive, supportive and safe environment for disabled and neurodivergent colleagues. It works to raise awareness, remove barriers and ensure every colleague feels valued, empowered and able to thrive.
