Our Rainbow network aims to provide a safe and inclusive space for the LGBTQ+ community and allies, ensuring everyone can bring their best selves to work every day. The network supports the company strategy of everyone’s welcome through community education, and communication of key events. The network also aim to support initiatives linked to the Stonewall Workplace Equity Index where the organisation was awarded Bronze status in 2022.
