The success of our Employee Social Group, Roots Matter, which is dedicated to racial unity, has provided us with great insight to ensure that we continue to make a change in the technology sector to promote equal opportunities to people of all backgrounds and ethnicities.

We are immensely proud to be able to play a pivotal role in supporting underrepresented or marginalised communities, and a prime example of this is the creation of our Indigenous Tech Academy, which has recently launched in partnership with PwC’s Indigenous Consulting (PIC) and Salesforce, aimed at young adults from an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background in Australia. We are also proud signatories of the Race at Work Charter, in partnership with Business in the Community (BITC).

Through Tenth Revolution Group, we are honoured to partner with the Digital Revolution Awards to sponsor the Diversity & Inclusion Employer of the Year Award. This award celebrates businesses in the Cloud industry who are making tangible, effective efforts to champion equality within their organisations, and we are delighted to be involved with an initiative that aligns so closely to our own values and efforts to make a genuine change to the diversity and inclusion of the technology sector.
