Working in partnership
Having signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant, Skanska has been actively working with the military and its related charities, such as the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), to help individuals who have left the forces find a career that allows them to apply the knowledge, skills and experience gained in the military, to the construction industry. 

Our work in this area was recognised by the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme in 2017 where Skanska received a gold award.
