Mentoring at Harbottle & Lewis

At Harbottle & Lewis, we believe that mentoring is a cornerstone of professional growth and personal development. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience within the firm and, by providing structured opportunities for it to be shared, our people can develop and relationships can be built and strengthened.

Our mentoring programs are designed to support both our lawyers and business services teams, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive within our dynamic and inclusive work environment. The mentoring relationship also provides a great development opportunity for both parties. Mentors can build their leadership skills, improve communication and learn new perspectives.

Mentors and mentees meet for approximately one hour, every four to six weeks, for eight months. All mentors receive training to prepare them for the programme and all participants receive guidance material.
