Our commitment to LGBTQIA+ inclusion extends beyond our workforce to the communities we serve. Orwell has achieved LGBTQ+ Housing Pledge Pioneer status, awarded by HouseProud and Stonewall Housing in recognition of our work ensuring LGBTQ+ customers have a voice at executive and strategic level, increasing LGBTQ+ visibility across the organisation, and delivering specific LGBTQ+ training to colleagues. We're also a sponsorship partner of the Pledge scheme, helping fund a role that supports housing providers across the UK to sign up and improve outcomes for LGBTQ+ residents.
