LGBT+ Network at Ministry of Defence – Navy Command

We have an LGBT+ network to represent all Sexual Orientations, Gender Identities and Expressions (SOGIE) on behalf of staff within the Ministry of Defence. We encourage, develop and enable a diverse and inclusive working environment allowing everyone to feel confident and able to bring their whole self to work, everyday; we will work closely with our Members, Stakeholders, Allies, Champions, Role Models, Policy Owners, Leaders and all TLBs to ensure Diversity and Inclusion is embedded by default, thus empowering the department to be seen as the Employer of choice for all, across all establishments globally.
