Inclusive Leadership Programme at Moneysupermarket Group
As part of our commitment to developing a more inclusive culture at Moneysupermarket Group, we partnered with Pearn Kandola, a leading international Diversity & Inclusion consultancy, to deliver inclusive leadership training to managers across the Group.
Earlier this year we asked all senior leaders to attend this training and we’re now asking all people managers to take part. The aim of this important training is to help us better understand and use inclusive leadership skills, mindsets and behaviours in everyday situations at work, including how to spot and deal with microincivilities and microaggressions. With the main focus on practical action to increase inclusion across the teams, the workshops equip our managers with vital knowledge, skills and tools to challenge and reduce exclusive behaviours.
