Young Women’s Trust pledge

A diverse workforce is vital, so we’re working hard to ensure the people who work for us better reflect society. We recognise that gender diversity is an area where our industry needs to change, which is why we signed the Young Women’s Trust pledge. It means we’re committed to recognising the value of gender diversity and helping more young women into apprenticeships. By developing our apprenticeships into a fully inclusive experience that covers a wide range of on-site and office-based roles, we aim to attract a more diverse range of talent.

The Women in Property network’s events help to actively develop an industry that is balanced, diverse and inclusive by creating opportunities, expanding knowledge and inspiring change for women. As a proud champion of the network, we are supporting the continued development of the next generation of construction professionals.
