We encourage our people to think about where they work, making journeys when needed but also providing the technology and freedom for people to work from home or other locations if they choose. We also want our people to feel they can manage their work and life responsibilities simultaneously without the pressures and guilt that can come from competing priorities.

Whilst our offices are designed for collaborating in person we are easily as comfortable collaborating online with our colleagues around the world to develop innovative solutions for our clients. Not only is this good for our people, it’s also good for our planet as we aim to reduce the impact of our travel.
