We have a comprehensive gender-neutral parental leave policy offering, with paid leave of up to 18 weeks for primary caregivers or up to 4 weeks for secondary caregivers as we know how important welcoming a new addition to the family is. We’ve also started our “Parent Pals” peer-to-peer mentoring network across all of our office site. Plus, we are proud to work as a trusted partner with “My Family Care”, providing additional parental support to our new parents and well as guidance for their line managers. This is just the start, we are expanding our parent network with new initiatives all the time.
