ISG has reaffirmed its commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant, which is a promise from the nation that those who serve or have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.
We have secured a bronze award, and are actively working towards achieving a Silver award.
ISG work closely with the Career Transition Partnership, Buildforce and Forces Families to support ex-military people to find new careers with us.
We also aim to support employees who are reservists recognising that many of the skills gained during training are transferable to the workplace. Each leave year, reservists and cadets will be given a maximum of 10 days extra paid leave to help them to meet their commitments to the reserve forces.
